Membership Interest Form

Important Information:

This form is for singers interested in Membership with A.R.I.S.E., which is a consistent weekly private lesson time and thus, a weekly financial commitment.

Membership is ONLY available to singers who have attended a voice lesson with us before. If you have not, please go to www.arisewithcierra.com/book and book a pop-in lesson with your desired teacher.

By filling out this form, you are NOT committing to anything, however, please only complete if you are able to commit to a weekly slot, alongside regular practice throughout the week.

Fall Session runs:

Monday, August 17th - Sunday, December 20th.
